Es war ein super Hotel. Tolles Personal. Und auch wenn die Lage nicht ganz zentral war, fuhr ein Bus DIREKT vor dem Hotel ! Das war super :)). Das Personal war so herzlich und hat tolle Tipps gegeben welche Aktivitäten man besichtigen kann !

Hotel super - Restaurant katastrophal
Das Hotel selbst war super, wir hatten sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade auf eine Juniorsuite bekommen.
Aber das Restaurant war eine Katastrophe. Die Einrichtung war ja nicht schlecht. Aber wir waren die einzigen Gäste, das Personal war in der Überzahl und unterhielt sich pausenlos in unangemessener Lautstärke.
Von Service, Höflichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit keine Spur!
Das Frühstück haben wir über uns ergehen lassen, aber die restlichen Mahlzeiten haben wir außerhalb eingenommen.

We loved staying at this hotel. The modern, clean and comfortable facility had some of the friendliest staff we encountered during our stay in Greece. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We were sad to leave them after 2 days. The hotel is not in the tourist area of Chania. It feels much more Greek. We drive into town one night for dinner which was 10-15 minutes the other night we went to a small town 10 minutes in the other direction and had a fantastic meal at a small Greek family run restaurant. The rooms are modern and extremely clean. The included breakfast was fantastic. This is a great place to stay if you have a car and want to experience life outside of the tourist Chania ghetto.

Beautiful place and beautiful staff. Helped us out with a place to shower that evening before boarding our overnight ferry after checking out that morning. Let us feed the kitties. Staff kind and helpful. Amazing breakfast buffet. Perfect place and perfect stay. Thank you to everyone!
