Fantastic location and accommodation. Unfortunately, no lift only stairs. After hours no service /staff

Beautiful view of the harbor, the best bed and shower I had in Greece. The staff was not only professional, but warm and friendly. Breakfast on the patio was outstanding, and when our check out time was before breakfast the staff prepared a box of fruit, yogurt, juice and a sandwich to take with us in the morning. When we go to Crete, this is where we'll stay.

A true find! This delightful 4 unit boutique hotel was amazing. Centrally located, walkable to everything in town. The rooms are amazingly appointed. We had the two rooms on the first floor - one had two balconies overlooking the harbor, was large in size and gorgeous. The second room also had a balcony and a private hamam (sauna) that comfortably fit two. The rooms include a huge breakfast at the local yacht club. There is an adorable bar on the main floor with incredible staff. Ilea the manager was super responsive, helpful with recommendations for restaurants, tours, car services, etc. Housekeeping was so amazing. The rooms are comfortable, safe, clean and gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Crete.

Katerina has created something truly special at Riviera Suites. We stayed in the Executive and the Superior Sea Front Suites; the sophisticated elegance of these rooms is exceptional. The attention to detail and the quality of the fit out is second to none - and the views, their photos do not disappoint, it really is captivating! The beds were a dream to sleep in, the linen and towels so luxurious. The location could not get any better, it is quiet in the evening, with beautiful authentic Cretan restaurants at your doorstep. Essenza Cafe-Bar (located downstairs) is looked after by Stefania and Panos, who in turn do amazing coffee and cocktails and are full of excellent local knowledge. Breakfast is also delicious, with a variety of options and enjoyed at the sailing club next-door. A huge thank you to Katerina and her amazing staff for an outstanding stay, I have nothing but praise for this beautiful boutique hotel.
