I came to Changzhou to visit friends. Since it was already late when I arrived at the station, I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment. I didn't expect it to be so good. The front desk was very friendly and told me about the Qingguoxiang Dinosaur Park. Although it is a new hotel, it has all the necessary facilities, such as laundry and gym. What surprised me most was that the room actually had a countertop for making simple meals and a sink for washing fruit. If I have the chance to come to Changzhou again, I will definitely stay here again! Bye Changzhou

11391719****The hotel room is very large. In the bamboo sea, we live on the first floor to enjoy the bamboo, and on the second floor to enjoy the mountain. The layout is reasonable and the environment is beautiful. It makes people feel very leisurely and beyond expectations! 👏The hotel also warmly arranged a housekeeper. Miss Kong Nan was thoughtful, warm and friendly. She introduced various services to us the day before check-in, and helped us book a restaurant and assisted in itinerary planning. During the stay, we were able to adjust various arrangements in time according to our itinerary, so that the entire itinerary was properly arranged! 👍The hot spring in the hotel room♨️ is worth recommending. It is very clean. You can make an appointment for the waiter to come to the door to drain the water. Choose roses🌹 or Chinese herbal medicine🌿, which is great! The food in Zhuxuan Restaurant is also worth recommending. Whether it is a buffet breakfast, a lunch set meal or a dinner order, we were not disappointed. We can taste very authentic local dishes, as well as some special creative dishes. The chef is superb! During our stay, we also experienced tea picking and spa, and the experience was also very good. Next time, I will come with family and friends to experience other room types! 🫶🏻

The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The lovely Boca, receptionist told me I was upgraded to a suit. The suit was amazing. 2 rooms and beautiful view of Xintianti park. The breakfast was amazing and I even treated 4 of my friends to sample the delectable cuisine. The hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel any higher. It’s the best one stayed in throughout China and further a field. 🥰😁 amazing.

We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.
We can recommend this hotel to 100%.

Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
