Exceeded expectations, exceptional value for money. My stay here was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with sweet smiles. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they even allowed me to check in early. The room itself was cozy and elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, ensuring I slept soundly until morning. Breakfast offered an incredible variety, exceeding my expectations, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made omelets and mini wontons were especially delicious and exactly to my taste. The service was equally impeccable; staff were incredibly responsive, immediately attending to even my slightest requests. The value for money is superb. I will absolutely recommend this place to my friends, and I'll definitely be back!

This Atour Hotel is just next to Tianning Monastery at Changzhou where we went for Buddhist prayer. Th location is therefore super for us. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff there goes out of his way to help us book a cab to the High speed railway station at 5.45am, for which we appreciated very mush, because we found out in our next two hotels that booking taxi is NOT a service provided to guests. Breakfast is good. We found out subsequently that Atour Hotel is a chain with branches in most cities. We can recommend Atour Hotel chain to any budget traveller. YC Chang Singapore

The big bed room I booked was still fast, and the friend's twin bed was not available until 5 pm. But the hotel also gave compensation measures for late check-out, although it was useless... The water quality of the three swimming pools is OK, the indoor is a bit cold, and the children are happy. Dinner was eaten at the hotel. In addition to serving slower Chinese and Western food, the taste was very good. Breakfast is well received, rich and tastes good. In addition, the room is not clean enough, especially the carpet is a bit dirty, and it looks like the kind that is not cleaned. As a relatively new hotel, it is indeed a bit low-grade, and the TV screen is convenient. This is praise.

I see no one has nothing, xxxx” As soon as they hung up, the room phone rang again, and the front desk called. First, we said that we were more than 12 o'clock. Do we still live today? Explain again, if you call the room and no one picks up, you will automatically swipe your card to come in. If you don't have luggage, you will check out by default. It is their process and will not call the customer to confirm whether it is refunded. Anyway, it has been said that they have no problem doing this. I said it was okay, I came out right away, and then I talked for a long time, and finally she said that usually there is a need to delay until 2 o'clock. We were in no mood to hang up the phone, so we left. In fact, the overall hotel staff's service is warm, but review your workflow and how to deal with problems.

This hotel is within walking distamce from the train station, a big plus since I came in late and wanted to bypass the shady taxis there. Front desk person was asleep when I arrived, but checked me in. Room was fine, with a comfortable bed.
