Service: Not perfect, but tried their best. For example, the front desk thought they gave me a room with a good view. I checked in at night, but in the morning I saw a high-rise building in front of me that looked like an unfinished building. My aesthetics are not in the same dimension as the front desk. For example, when I was getting food at the buffet breakfast, the waiter took away the plate full of food and cleaned the table. I felt sorry for the wasted food, but the waiter apologized twice. As a foodie, I was satisfied with the voco time of this hotel, the welcome fruit in the house, the characteristics of the buffet breakfast and the variety of choices.

This is a nice new hotel, so the rooms and public areas are very clean. It is visible that all the staff are sell trained, very attentive and offer a very warm welcome. There's turndown service and good night porridge. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and the mall next door has some food and coffee options. The bed and pillows in the room are comfortable making for a restful sleep. There is a little noise from the nearby road, but it is not very audible and quiets down a lot at night. We contacted Yazmin in advance before checking in and she was very helpful. Thank you very much. I will continue to choose your hotel next time.

I stayed here to watch a Super League match. The hotel's location was super convenient, just about 2 kilometers from the Olympic Sports Center, making it very easy to get back after the game. With Wanda Plaza directly downstairs, dining was a breeze. It was also really handy for grabbing an evening barbecue or picking up daily necessities. The room facilities were standard, as expected from Sheraton, though the bed was a touch too soft for me personally, I still slept quite well. The breakfast restaurant was good too, offering a rich variety of options. All the staff were friendly and helpful; the check-in process was smooth, and both the front desk and concierge staff were excellent. Overall, this hotel definitely offers good value for money. Highly recommended.

Just a block from the Dinosaur Park, 10 minutes walk to the square in front of the Dinosaur Park. The hotel lobby is small, the facilities are OK, the room is clean and tidy. No breakfast, but there are many breakfast shops downstairs, small restaurants (silver noodle restaurant, barbecue, Sichuan cuisine) and there is no problem eating.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts a lovely design, excellent facilities, and a spacious lobby. Check-in was quick, and we even received a welcome gift. Our room was spotlessly clean, with reliable Wi-Fi and a large, incredibly soft and comfortable bed. All the amenities were well-stocked. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also superb, being very close to the station. We can't wait to stay here again!

The decoration is very new and the room is spacious and comfortable. The bedding was also very nice, soft but supportive. The room is very smart, with electric curtains, voice control, lighting, air conditioning, etc. The service is also very good and the front desk is very welcoming. The weather was cold and a bottle of hot mineral water was given when I checked in. Although it is not expensive, it is very heart-warming hahaha. Overall, it has good reviews and good reviews.

週末帶着初中娃來恐龍園玩，在很緊湊的時間裏充分感受到了選擇這家酒店的明智之處了。首先，酒店離恐龍園非常近，步行五分鐘即到；其次，這次我們選擇的是行政房，長桌、枱燈一應俱全，太適合帶着學習任務出行的娃了！感受最深的是整個酒店的設計和審美，開門就被驚艷到了，來恐龍園這麼多次，這是住得最開心最滿意的一次！
