房間和服務還是挺不錯的，活動也很用心，送到房間的下午茶也很精緻。但是衞生不行，第一天入住，洗手池和浴缸就還有上一家客人的殘留，床鋪蓋和靠墊上也有頭髮。最讓人無語的是酒店的價格，春節期間貴一點很正常，但是初二初三的價格比初五初六一間房貴了800-900元，我們提前預訂了兩晚，貴了1800元，離了個大譜。客服人員的回覆也是振振有詞，行吧，大過年的，花錢買個冤大頭當當吧。
