服務：非常熱情周到的服務。對出差而言有時候時間控制不住，他們也會很妥帖的協助安排。
首晚歡迎水果:，水果很新鮮，還有甜品不錯
客房服務的徐阿姨還有禮賓的引導員真的很nice。
房間的枕頭很舒服，對差旅人員而言還是很棒的體驗。

朋友推薦去的時候期待值很高的，整體環境也不錯，低分是給價格和服務的，晚上入住之後，**自動跳出在住的房型，兩晚差價300。對於這種酒店來説，我覺得不應該出現這種情況。問酒店前台我可不可以退一天再**在再續一天，前台説需要提前一天預約，但是我在**選日期是可以點上的。不會再住。廁所的花灑也有點問題。

房間很大，圓形浴缸很震撼，吹風機是戴森的，有幼童專用的洗漱包，屋內有滑梯、皮球、毛絨玩具和小童書，孩子的卧床有紗幔吊蓋，小孩子非常喜歡。早餐很有常州特色，有豆腐湯，蝦餅，紅湯麪，麻圓等常州美食。服務人員很貼心，主動提供更多的牙具水果。管家張永軍先生不僅贈送我們小禮品，還幫我們把行李放到車上。是一次體驗極為舒適的居住。
