很好的酒店，入住時還送了一瓶礦泉水，房間空間大，大廳很大，前台水晶服務非常好，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，周邊玩的地方還很多，離恐龍園很近。

酒店現代化的外觀設計極具個性；房間整潔舒適，用紫外線燈查了一遍，衞生比較到位，少有熒光反應；早餐豐富，品質不俗，即便不住店來此吃早茶也是不錯的選擇；酒店地下一層連接商業及地鐵，非常方便休閑與出行；最令我印象深刻的是大堂裏和地下一層電梯口的幾位大叔級服務員，迎來送往彬彬有禮，熱情周到，很有海派酒店老管家的感覺，服務素養很棒；客房服務員鄒雅琴看到我們帶了筆記本電腦，主動提供了散熱架和鼠標墊，並留下字條，細心周到的舉動令人驚喜；客户關係主任樑飛飛為我們辦理了退房開票等事宜，業務嫻熟專業，態度友善，詢問了我們的入住體驗並送上伴手禮，為我們帶來一個美好的結束；酒店個別房間目前在裝修，希望前台系統及時標註，以免辦理入住時給客人帶來不必要的麻煩。下次再來常州，文璞酒店應該還會是我的首選。

裝修挺不錯很有文化氣息，房間也寬敞，以這種價格是所住過酒店裡麪性價比最高的，非常的划算。前廳渠飛飛的服務很熱情，房間還提供送餐服務，餐廳的菜味道不錯，位置很好，在文化廣場上邊，喜歡打卡的朋友們可以去試試，價格也不貴。
