每個月都會到湟裏這邊來有事，每次都來都住金鼎明都國際大酒店，酒店整體感覺很好，前台劉漢巧很貼心，入住過好幾次了，有3次都是她幫忙拿早餐，早上退房很早來不及吃早餐，每次都會幫忙打包早餐在路上吃，房間也挺乾淨，住着舒適，房間裏會送一份水果，整體酒店氛圍挺好，服務員熱情，每次過來都住這，推薦入住。

第一次住金鼎名都國際大酒店，剛到門口熱情的服務員大姐幫我推行李到前台辦理入住。前台劉漢巧非常熱情，熱心關注到我帶孩子還給我送了一份小童用品和多拿了幾瓶水，還熱心推薦親子房，考慮就我和孩子最後沒換，服務員大姐還幫忙把行李送到房間，進房間後還有一份水果和酸奶，我喜歡吃酸奶了，送水果的大姐還給多送了一個，房間很乾凈，洗護用品味道也是我喜歡的，樓道里遇到服務員很熱情，第一次入住非常滿意，有機會過來還會入住這個酒店。

帶長者出行，特別看重安靜和服務。這家酒店完全滿足！設施雖然不算最新潮，但維護得很好，使用順暢。衞生過關，用品乾淨。最值得誇的是“親情服務”！前台應嘉雯得知長者腿腳不便，主動安排低樓層房間和輪椅。這種真誠的關懷比豪華硬件更珍貴！下次帶家人來一定還選這裏！❤️

酒店外觀很大氣，酒店服務很不錯，前台服務員在開房時給我清洗了眼鏡，還升級了行政房，PA阿姨很熱情地幫忙運送了行李，有水果，有牛奶，整體感覺還是很不錯的。
