此次旅行是女兒選定的酒店，有跑男打卡點，非常適合拍照，小朋友很開心。前台特別熱情，辦理入住速度快，還主動介紹了周邊的停車和用餐訊息。進房間放下行李沒多久，就有工作人員送來熱水，看到我們帶了小孩，還特意多拿了一雙小童拖鞋和一個小夜燈，細節太貼心了。酒店的玖園非常美，酒店體驗很好，下次還會來住的！！

這次選擇入住中吳賓館真是一個明智的選擇，住的非常開心，裏面的設施設備也很齊全，有獨立電影院，同步外邊的電影，想看的都有，全都是按摩椅座位，陸美的服務讓我感覺很親切，裏面還有黑珍珠級別的中餐廳，小童樂園，可以帶自家小朋友過來玩，房間入住的也很舒服。

這次入住了中吳賓館，體驗感非常的好，在大堂的小哥哥小姐姐都非常熱情，見到客人都會主動的去打招呼，讓人心情都變得非常好，這就是服務人員的培訓都很到位！賓館裏麪景色更是一絕，風景實在是太好了，裏面非常大，還有一個玖園，吃完飯去逛一逛非常的開心啊，適合飯後散步.
陸美小姐姐服務的非常好，語氣温柔，並且詢問了入住的體驗感，非常周到，這次入住非常滿意，感謝所有的工作人員！

酒店各方面還不錯，可能是暑假加上週末，人實在是太多，給安排的房間雖然升級了但是靠近電梯和沙發區，一大早就開始特別吵鬧，很影響休息。

在中吳賓館酒店體驗非常好，最驚喜的是兩處“寶藏”，讓娃樂不思蜀的小童樂園和黑珍珠餐廳的中餐廳，特別是2樓中餐廳菜品與服務完全超出了我們對酒店餐飲的預期。入住的時候很感謝前台小姐姐王佳懿接待我們，帶我們看了房問我們有沒有什麼不滿意的地方，讓客房給我們送了水，服務非常周到，還幫我們協調預約了電影票，下次來玩再找她。餐廳用餐時，問起服務員食材來源，服務員對每道菜的產地、做法都瞭如指掌，全程從容不迫，讓人吃得格外舒心。小童樂園也非常不錯，玩的設施挺多的，孩子玩的非常開心。
中吳賓館的景色處處透着江南的温婉與雅緻，園林很美。小車帶我們逛了一圈感覺非常美妙，下次還要再來。

入住中吳賓館的這幾天，真切感受到了什麼是“潤物細無聲”的優質服務。接待我們的王佳懿服務非常好，走的時候還幫我們叫了觀光車，主動詢問我們入住體驗如何。從踏入大堂開始，就上前迎接，主動接過行李時的動作輕柔又穩妥，辦理入住的速度很快，還細心地介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的便利之處。每天出門時，走廊裏遇到的保潔阿姨都會笑着打招呼，回來時房間不僅收拾得一絲不苟，連散落在沙發上的外套都疊得整整齊齊，桌上的礦泉水喝完了也早已補好。黑珍珠餐廳的菜品非常好吃，酒店裡的景色非常非常美麗。下次來常州還要入住這個酒店。
