一進大堂，就覺得眼前一亮，還有淡淡香味兒，很好聞。門口的鸚鵡也非常可愛。前台接待人員親切禮貌，因為不小心訂錯了日期，還主動幫忙解決，並幫忙升級了房型，休得特別舒適！房。還有酒店服務大使卞旭東服務態度很好，下次還會再來遊玩，這次入住體驗感很不錯！必須五星好評！

環境：酒店環境沒得説，全部都是恐龍元素，所有的佈局就是走到哪裡都有恐龍造型的各種，孩子玩的不亦樂乎
設施：該有的配套都有，唯一有點不近於人意的是電視機不能投屏，花了12一天vip 給孩子看動畫片
衞生：浴巾晚上想用的時候發現一塊粘在上面的黃色污漬，説不清楚是什麼，後來叫的外賣買了一次性浴巾和毛巾，不敢再用。
服務：服務我覺得可以，有求必應，並且入住時我要求過，我們睡眠質量差，住兩晚想有個安靜的房間，給我們免費升級了一個親子帳篷的房型，並且真正的安靜，完全沒有受打擾。另外我是臨時定的這個酒店，因為衹有這家告訴我4月份30多度這幾天他們的空調系統製冷，問了周邊幾家5星酒店，不是衹有送風系統，就是説製冷時效不保證，果斷定下了這裏。還有早餐還好，沒有別人説的這麼差，該有的品相都有。
據説黃金週小長假的時候會有提前一小時入園的特殊優待，我們錯峯遊就沒有啦，不過旁邊就是水鎮，什麼吃的喝的都有，走出去就能吃到各種，還挺方便的。友情提示出行前可以提前問一下樂園哪幾天有大部隊春遊或者旅行團的，可以避開，今天退房走的時候遇到了超級大部隊，但我們玩的那天人就相對非常的少。

優點：酒店整體氛圍很好，房間衞生不錯，配有小朋友專用拖鞋牙刷杯子等，工作人員服務周到，服務大使卞旭東服務態度很棒很好
缺點：中央空調不能自己調温度和檔位，開了有點冷，不開的話這個季節又悶。窗簾有灰塵，一拉窗簾就狂打噴嚏，走廊裏有一股陳年灰塵黴味（可以理解為老式酒店的那種地毯味兒
其他：早餐人很多！想不到淡季9點左右也有超級多的人，座位和人口密度都略擁擠，不是很舒服。
