幫朋友訂的，也是同一位朋友第二次來常州指定選擇青楓苑酒店，因身體原因兩次出行都在行動不便期間，酒店的服務非常好，照顧周到，無論是房間位置，還是幫拿行李入住退房都非常好很方便。這次更是升級了天麗樓的辦公套房，極大方便了入住需求，體驗非常好，酒店設施完備，軟件硬件都很好，下次來還會選擇入住這裏，前台，客房服務都讓人非常舒服，推薦。
