很驚喜給安排了行政房，酒店近年翻新過，設施不算舊，歡迎水果略少，自助早餐品種略少，建議增加酸奶、茶葉蛋等，荷包蛋很好吃。小童入住建議主動送上小童洗漱用品，小童拖鞋等，服務員態度不錯，不過勝在房價不貴吧。整點還有恐龍園送客服務。 記得過年期間住過紹興一家老五星酒店，設施雖老化，但服務讓人記憶猶新，辦理入住時有歡迎禮（加熱茶杯套裝、孩子還有一個漂亮的中等熊玩偶），每天送水果，晚上還給客房換着花樣送（銀耳羹，赤豆羹）感覺服務用心。

一家老牌大型酒店，客户入住後點外賣，沒有配送服務，連個配送機器人都沒有！ 還要客人穿着衣服跑到大堂去拿！ 極差！

唯一迫切要給差評的酒店！！從停車就開始惹氣，明明有車位卻建議到外面停車，在我一再説明是住客並堅持要停在酒店內停車場後才引導至停車場，讓我訝異的是停車場還有多個空餘車位！辦入住時就更生氣了，前台態度及其惡劣，由於第二天要帶孩子去恐龍園難免要把快速通道及方位的問題問清楚，前台超級不耐煩問八個字她恨不得蹦半個字而且態度倨傲！！感覺我是住她自己家酒店而且我得榮幸之至的求她為我服務一樣！！！完全搞不懂這酒店是不是沒有崗前培訓且企業文化為零！！接着是房間，進屋一股味道，最可氣的是噴頭，掛到牆壁時居然正對淋浴房門，洗完澡整個浴室水漫金山，讓人極度無語！！！而且不提供轉送外賣的服務，不但服務員不給送也沒有小機器人，打電話諮詢服務員一樣極其不耐！早餐質量不咋地不説服務員在餐廳大呼小叫簡直刷新我對酒店服務人員的行為、素質認知！出差、旅遊二十幾年以來第一次入住這種滿是槽點的酒店！！第一次寫這麼多，字字親身經歷請大家避雷！！！
