房間很好，管家Zoe非常熱情貼心，提前根據我們的需要作了相應的安排。整個酒店的服務人員態度都很不錯，游泳池、小童樂園、餐廳、大堂吧，都很便利。離淹城野生動物世界很近，非常方便。下次還會入住！

來常州在這邊住了兩晚。非常滿意。酒店設施很好很齊全，房間門上還有星際汪汪的頭像，超級可愛，孩子很喜歡。所有的服務人員都很耐心。特別是管家Zoe，態度特別好，看我們是親子房還給小朋友送了點心零食和飲料。後來退房了我們落了東西在房間，管家Zoe及時聯繫我並免費幫我郵寄回來，特別特別好。下次如果再來一定還住這裏

從入住前一天就有管家對接，貼心
房間非常滿意，乾淨，整潔，用品齊全，兒子非常喜歡房間的滑滑梯，一進房間就玩開了
早餐還是比較豐盛的，滿意
停車充電也很方便，地上和地下兩個停車場
着重要感謝這次我們的管家Zoe小姐姐，非常耐心且暖心，服務也周到，在還沒有上班的情況下，也第一時間為我們提供了周到的服務，感謝，如果以後再入住，可以指定Zoe就太棒了，再次感謝Zoe為我們這次家庭出遊的付出，讓我們有了一個非常完美的假期
