這次給客人預訂了喜來登的房間，這次入住體驗很滿意，尤其是入住前Zoe管家問有哪些需求，還給免費升級了一下房間

Our four-year-old child had a lot of fun climbing up and down without the need for adults to worry. Here I must praise the hotel housekeeper Zoe. She took the initiative to call me and add WeChat two days before our departure. She helped the child install the bed guard in advance and prepared a six-square snack plate for us. She also prepared carrots for the zoo. She is a very considerate little sister. In addition, because we didn’t plan to go back to the zoo the next day, Zoe also prepared and packed the children’s meal in the room package for us in advance. It was also convenient for the children to eat on the way back after playing. Half of the happiness of this Changzhou tour came from the fairy housekeeper~ Yes, the hotel is really close to the zoo, and it is also very convenient to go back and forth. The accommodation environment is quiet and elegant, and the buffet is of normal standard. It is still worth coming for a parent-child tour~

Everything was good. The front desk was very friendly and helped me upgrade my room. I also got one in the morning. The coffee was good. Unfortunately, the Tesla charging station at the door was not working. Otherwise, it would be better. Can you arrange a reservation system? So that everyone can use it. 酒店還是不錯的，無論服務還是整體住宿環境體驗，都不錯，特別房間有滑梯，小朋友很開心，酒店管家Zoe也很貼心的提心我們遊玩，還幫我們備了胡蘿蔔🥕方便小朋友動物園喂小動物，還是非常不錯的，家庭親子推薦來的，下次我們也還會來住的

非常滿意，帶孩子第二次住喜來登啦，房間的滑滑梯玩的停不下來，而且對小朋友很友好，準備的東西很周到，每一位工作人員都很熱情，管家Zoe提前就跟我們溝通孩子的情況，幫我們考慮了很多，超級贊！下次來常州玩還得住九洲喜來登！
