Excellent rooms and breakfast. 2 parks nearby. But windows really need a good washing. Also, it seems the fitness center and pool are under renovation.

五星級的酒店這個服務實人不舒服。
大堂門口的兩個迎賓服務員衹顧自己聊天説笑，看見客人跟沒看到一樣，不幫拿行李也就算了，你給客人引導一下哪裡辦理入住總可以的吧。前台辦理入住的的也是全程無一絲笑容，愛理不理的。

國慶回家的高速實在太堵，臨時決定下來住一晚，晚上下車到酒店的體驗感非常差，我一個人帶着孩子和兩個箱子，從保安到禮賓沒有一個人幫忙的
但是第二天早餐的服務員又都非常熱情，可能上夜班的都心情不好，上早班的都活力滿滿吧
裝修不是很新，感覺國內洲際沒有把voco做好

由於是一家三口入住，客服miya小姐姐還幫忙升級了房並給小朋友贈送了一份免費早餐，孩子很開心，是一次絕妙的週末體驗。
