這次入住常州遠洲酒店的體驗遠超預期！從入住到離店全程感受到貼心服務，客房整潔舒適，床品高端，隔音效果很好一覺到天亮。特別要表揚管家小周，服務熱情周到，主動幫忙安排行李、推薦周邊美食，每次見面都笑臉相迎，讓人有回家的温暖感。酒店早餐品種豐富，健身房設施齊全，地理位置也很便利。下次來常州一定會再次選擇遠洲，也推薦大家找管家小周安排入住，絕對能讓旅行體驗加分！

交通很方便，離常州站很近，房間很乾凈，也不吵，工作人員服務都很熱情，尤其是小周小葉，點外賣會有機器人送到房間，很方便，酒店大廳環境也不錯，推薦

設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境優美，服務非常好，來常州看演出，非常感謝開夜床的時候服務師陳友翠貼心準備的泡澡袋和小甜湯，很暖心，也非常感謝管家小周的熱情接待，體驗感非常好的一次旅行，下次來常州還會來住

設施：因為是老五星，所以設施不會太新，預期之內，但是非常不隔音，走廊別人説話的聲音，隔壁房間説話的聲音都很清晰
衞生：衞生狀況還可以
環境：還可以
服務：前台和客房服務人員都不錯，但是感覺迎賓無服務，不會幫客人拿行李更不會去迎接引導客人。這次其實是二刷，但是感覺體驗不如第一次。
