來常州出差，比較着急，就想着到了之後再預訂酒店吧。然後看到這個酒店有免費接送機服務就趕緊給他們打了電話，服務中心的小劉聽到我已經下飛機了，也是特別快的，就幫我安排上接機服務，非常專業，態度特別好。第二天早上我很早的航班需要送機，他也提前幫我備註好了。服務態度槓槓的，而且酒店房間也很寬敞，很衞生，值得推薦。

來這家酒店很多次了，每次預訂後服務中心的小劉都會貼心的詢問我幾點到，幫我提前留好風景好一點的房間。而且晚上我到的比較晚，他還讓客房阿姨幫忙把晚安粥提前放到房間。提前打開房間的空調，細節這塊真的沒得説，性價比很高的一家酒店。

酒店真的非常不錯，裝修特別好看，而且就在星光城旁邊位置特別好。提前聯繫了他們服務中心的小劉幫我留好了房間，晚上還給我準備了晚安粥，特別暖心。想點旁邊商場的必勝客結果沒有外送服務，服務中心的小劉也特別熱情的去幫我取回來，真的服務態度特別好！！！很感謝她，下次會繼續來這裏的。

進入酒店被大堂的設計吸引，十分大氣美觀，辦理入住lulu十分熱情周到，介紹了用餐時間和地點。到客房有個專用的觀光電梯，可以一覽大堂全景，非常滿意，下次有機會還會入住

酒店地理位置超棒，也很美，主要是非常方便我接待國外客户，詢問前台KIKI 關於酒店送機服務，告知這家寶藏酒店居然可以隨時叫車接送機，這服務也太讚了。許多酒店都是固定班車很不方便，太早太晚都不合適，美爵的接送機服務太有人性化了。前台的小哥哥小姐姐都超有禮貌的，Kiki細心耐心的提醒我送機時間，建議我不需要託運提前1小時去機場就可以，以免去機場等待太久。太有心了。一定會再來！

入住前致電前台詢問接送機服務，前台人員非常耐心的幫我解答了各種疑惑，由於出遊擔心行程會有變化，所以多次詢問，前台人員超有禮貌，還主動建議了更合適的出行安排。抵達酒店前台Kiki已提前等待，併為我準備好了房卡，並快速幫我辦理入住，可以早點到房間緩解旅途的勞累。整個過程太暖心了。以後再有機會來到常州，一定一定會再次選擇美爵酒店。

昨天擔心颱風天影響出行，然後趕緊定了一個在機場附近的酒店。因為是和家人一起的，所以提前打電話問了服務中心的小劉標間能不能入住三個人，得到肯定答覆後才放心預訂。聽到我是第二天早上很早的飛機，她非常主動的詢問我是否需要送機服務，免費給我安排，服務態度真的特別好，免費接送機服務真的是一個大亮點，而且是專車，不用等人隨時出發真的超讚～
