他們酒店真的挺不錯的，裝修很漂亮，床也很舒服。早餐是自助的，很豐富也很好吃。特別感謝服務中心的劉明洋，我朋友行程臨時改變。多虧了她幫我協調。真的很感謝。酒店所有員工都很熱情，前台很熱情，晚上來送晚安粥的阿姨也是非常温柔禮貌。而且交通非常方便，真的推薦大家來試試

商務出行，第一次入住酒店，總體來説很滿意。酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，服務中心TRACY熱心的幫我安排房間，也給我們做了夜床，房間會送晚安粥，讓人感覺很舒服。酒店的自助早餐很不錯，種類豐富，性價比超高，這個價格入住酒店真的是超值，下次有機會肯定還會再來！

首次入住這裏，最滿意的酒店的服務。因為航班原因，需要接送機，提前打電話給服務中心，Tracy熱情地回覆了我的問題，還幫我把小孩的洗漱用品提前準備好，讓我們提前入住。酒店的環境很是不錯，房間佈置清新簡約，乾淨衞生。晚上還會幫忙開夜床，送晚安粥。酒店的自助早餐也很是不錯，豐富健康。值得入住！

在網上看見這家酒店.服務超好.超出預期.晚上提供晚安粥夜床服務.地理位置也很好就在黃河西路上.距離機場幾公里.樓下就是商場周邊也有小吃攤.帶着家人和孩子轉轉挺美好的.最後要點贊一下幫我退房前台lisa.服務態度超級好.説話一直面帶笑容.也告知目前停車場可以直接出去.還沒有需要掃碼收費很貼心！

酒店環境真心不錯，距離機場也很近，旁邊就是新光城商場，吃飯比較方便，前台小姐姐Lulu辦理入住很熱情，早餐是中西餐結合的自助餐，非常豐富。酒店裡麪乾淨舒服。住在這個酒店，我感覺非常舒服和滿意。酒店位置優越，出行便利，去客房是觀光電梯，酒店設計十分獨特，內部的設施一應俱全整潔乾淨，服務親切友好，真的讓我有賓至如歸的感覺，已經開始期待下一次的入住。

返回羅溪鎮，再次入住嘉宏美爵，預訂時打電話前台，想還住上次住過的房間，到店後告知因上次那個房間有人入住，悉心安排了高一樓層的相同位置，入住安排很滿意。
房間內的設施配置，超大的衞浴間使用很是方便，大堂環境和客房衞生，前台服務和客房服務，以及早餐和餐廳服務，各方面的感受都很不錯，總體來説很滿意。酒店的工作人員都非常的熱情，服務中心TRACY熱心的詢問入住感受，很好的採納了我的建議，也給我們做了夜床，房間送晚安粥，讓人感覺很舒服。最主要的是安靜、乾淨，值得推薦！
