I took my mother to Liyang for a weekend trip. The hotel I stayed in was surprisingly good in all aspects, including the environment, service, and facilities. The buffet breakfast was very well received, with a rich variety and delicious. In addition, I was particularly satisfied with the service, from the housekeeper, the park driver, to the restaurant waiter and the cleaner, they were all very attentive and just the right amount of enthusiasm. I specifically mentioned Xiao Wang, the housekeeper, who was very responsible from check-in to check-out, and responded quickly when I contacted him. Overall, I was satisfied.

The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, and the private bath in the room was more private and made the trip more convenient. The housekeeper Xiao Lei provided meticulous care and service from the day before check-in to the time of departure. I will come again next year.
