游泳池更衣室衞生差到難以想象，連雙乾淨的拖鞋都找不到，消毒櫃裏的鞋子都很臭，泳池竟然沒有救生員。房間熱帶雨林花灑，衹有一半出水，且水量很小，無法使用，和客房，前台反映了也無任何行動。

房間挺大，設施也還行，就是封閉窗無法打開，導致房間裏味道很大，衞生情況也一般，桌椅沒擦乾淨。辦理入住時前台服務不是很友好，多問幾句話就有點不耐煩。點的外賣機器人送要排隊，有個服務員主動送上樓，點贊
