Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Changzhou

Issues: They allow smoking every where. This is something that needs to change. This is unhealthy for the other guests especially our children and youth. I myself get an uncontrollable cough from it. Smoking outside away from he entrance and in your room only. Though I prefer a smoke free facility.

The hotel is next to 南大街 metro station, and has plenty of food and snack options nearby. The laundry room was big. My room was big and had a welcome plate of snacks. Breakfast was fine.

Great experience. Clean and comfortable with American standard and protocols. The front desk and hospitality team were very helpful. For the same price, you can’t find a better option in the area. Compared to the holiday inn back in the States, it offers great breakfast plus a big selection of Chinese food.

I was passing through Henglin temporarily for work and stayed for one night. The experience was very good. The breakfast should be better than most Holiday Inn Express. The room facilities are very new, the ceiling is relatively high and not oppressive, and there are two large windows in the room, which is transparent. The restaurant and front desk service are warm and greeted when entering and leaving. Special thanks to Manager Pan. The car had a puncture, and he helped to contact the tire repairer, which did not delay the trip. Come again next time.
