It's a hotel that hasn't been open for very long, but the room doesn't have any decoration smell at all. The whole room is bright and spacious when you enter it, with good lighting. The facilities and equipment in the room are as shown in the picture, and they are all available. The sanitation is in place. When you meet the staff in the corridor and lobby, everyone greets you with a warm smile, which really makes you feel at home. The price is not expensive, and the transportation location is good, two traffic lights away from the elevated road, which is very cost-effective.

Superb hotel front desk lady service is huge and invincible, and they are very gentle. I said that I didn’t sleep well and immediately took earplugs for me and the hotel environment was super good. The room looked clean and simple at a glance. I like voice control to play music and projector and wine. The light mirror and table chairs of the store are super suitable for taking pictures. My girlfriend and I have made up in the hotel. One person and one table are enough. The toilet is also smart and constant temperature. I have lived in so many hotels. This is really good. I will continue next time!

GGuest UserWith our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

GGuest UserI was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The lovely Boca, receptionist told me I was upgraded to a suit. The suit was amazing. 2 rooms and beautiful view of Xintianti park. The breakfast was amazing and I even treated 4 of my friends to sample the delectable cuisine. The hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming. I can’t recommend this hotel any higher. It’s the best one stayed in throughout China and further a field. 🥰😁 amazing.

The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.

AAnonymous UserUsually I stay in this hotel when I travel to Jintan on business and I liked it before. But this time it was really bad. I ordered twin beds, they gave us one bad. The slippers that are supposed to be new, one slipper was completely wet unfree I unpacked them. The room was cold. We lived 2 people in the room, but they have only 1 card per room. We are 2 adult people staying in one room and having things to do. How are we supposed to have 1 card per room? What kind of policy is that? What kind of joke? My friend was coming from business trip at 10 pm, I was coming back at 6, am I supposed to sit and wait for her for 4 hours? This is ridiculous. Also, I’m coming back late the next day, very tired, with heavy bags, and when I arrive in my room I find that my card doesn’t work so I have to go back to the reception and ask to renew the card which she refused. It is a disaster
