Elan Hotels in Changzhou

This hotel is centrally located for my business purposes, and has easy access to highways and has underground parking. The room I had was excellent, clean, comfortable bed and working desk area. The work out facilities are good. The main restaurant had very good Chinese food, my only compliant would be I wish they would offer more Western style foods in addition to what they have now. I will be going back !

This hotel is right on the site of Dinosaur Land and water park. There is a dinner buffet for an affordable price and the breakfast buffet was just right for us to wake up and enjoy. We stayed in a family room. My kids are dinosaur lovers so this was the perfect stay for us. We enjoyed the 2 day pass to the water park and Dinosaur Land. The staff, from check in to check out, was amazing even though most of them were not English speaking.

All good , but in winter , the thermostat fixed at 25C ( it says) but in actual it’s little hot , may be little uncomfortable and hard to get sleep, difficult to change the settings ( also settings can be changed in the room , there will not be real effect ) , need to go to front desk to check and it is not so easy to convince them to change . Apart from that , everything is 1st class .

Location and transportation: It is very close to Wuyue Plaza and Yancheng Wildlife World, and it is very convenient for eating and playing. Parking: There are ground and underground parking lots, as well as charging piles, and sufficient parking spaces. Room landscape: Ultraman theme room, the children are so happy as soon as they enter the door. Although the room is a bit old, it is very large and faces the road, so there is a little noise. Room facilities: The facilities are very complete, there are two toilets, one bedroom and one living room, as well as a cloakroom and a dressing table. There is plenty of space, and Dyson hair dryers and capsule coffee machines are all available. Value for money: 999 yuan for an Ultraman themed room, two breakfasts, and a cup of Starbucks in the hotel, overall it's OK Service: Zoe, the housekeeper, is very considerate and provides good service. There are snacks, small toys, fruits, and carrots prepared for the zoo. The hotel also has parent-child activities on weekends However, there are still some small suggestions: 1. The hotel's children's playground is a bit small, 10 children, no more; 2. The theme room is mainly prepared for children. Children are young and can't reach the sink. It would be better to prepare a footstool; 3. Can you prepare a disposable bathtub cover? I don't know if there is no plastic slippers for adults or I didn't find them. You can't wear the hotel's breakfast slippers. These can be informed in advance; 4. The parent-child activity DIY kite at 10 o'clock on Sunday morning may be because there is only one child, and there is no staff after the materials are given to us, and I don't know what to do later

A great hotel - the best in Changzhou for sure. Truly five star service and facilities plus excellent staff. I would recommend this hotel very highly! There are two very good restaurants and an incredible bar at the top of the hotel!

Hotel is okay not 5 star rating no swimming pool in the hotel and need to do self service no concierge services

It’s a great place to stay. Nice lake view. Room is clean and quiet in general. The only flaw is the room temperature control which is way too warm in this autumn time. I was told by the manager that the aircon cannot be manipulated by the wall mounted controller in room and the room temperature is under centralized control, which stabilized around 25.5-26 degree. This is too warm for a decent sleep. I didn’t sleep well during the one week stay. I suggest the centralized aircon temperature to be around 23 degrees which will be much more wholesome for human body to sleep well under a comfy quilt.

The hotel service is so considerate. It is very reassuring to stay here. The arrangements for the sisters who came to watch the concert were perfect. The room was clean and tidy, and very quiet! Changzhou is great. Welcome everyone to stay here in the future! ! ! !
