The hotel is very nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. There is a pedestrian street right behind the hotel and you can enjoy some local delicious food with nice price. I will stay here if I have a chance to come back Changzhou again. Thank you.

Before check-in, Zoe housekeeper specially added WeChat, which was very thoughtful. She also provided free carrots for the zoo. On the day of check-in, Zoe housekeeper specially prepared a small gift for the children. The room was decorated with a Chinese New Year atmosphere, with snacks and drinks, which was very considerate. A children's meal was given to the children, which was very delicious. The hotel also has a children's playground, which the children liked very much and had a lot of fun.

A great hotel - the best in Changzhou for sure. Truly five star service and facilities plus excellent staff. I would recommend this hotel very highly! There are two very good restaurants and an incredible bar at the top of the hotel!

This is an amazing hotel. Very well run and centrally located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The stuff at the reception speak English and as a western traveler is very helpful. The breakfast selection is huge and very good. I will definitely stay back again!

Struggling to think of ways to improve this place. Great location near the old train station, Tianming Park and two metro stations. Professional staff, fast check-in. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores around. The bathing spa on the 3rd floor was incredible. There’s also a gym and pool onsite. The rooms were beautifully designed with cool pyramid ceilings. Mattresses were soft and I think they bought the best pillows money can buy. Pretty strong dedicated wifi connections, 20+ mbps. Breakfast was ok. If I ever come back to Changzhou I’m staying here!

The housekeeper Xiao Xiao provided thoughtful and meticulous service. A New Year snack gift package was given upon check-in. The children all liked the dinosaur dolls given. The double washbasin in the room was also very convenient for multiple people to stay in. The hotel parking did not require a parking ticket for travel.

The environment is very good, the Christmas atmosphere is very strong, and everywhere is beautifully decorated. The front desk lady Winny is very enthusiastic and has a good service attitude. Fruits and desserts are also sent to the room, which really heals the hearts of postgraduate students❤️.

The hotel was renovated earlier, and the facilities are not the latest, but WiFi and projection are available and very useful, which is great. The hotel is also in a super good location. It is in the same building as the large ShoppingMall, which is very convenient for eating and strolling. Parking is in the basement of the mall, and convenient parking spaces can generally be found near the hotel.

Good value for money. Clean rooms. Spacious rooms. Didn’t get the breakfast because there are at least 3 or so coffee shops in the mall in the same complex, including Starbucks. Friendly staff that speaks English. A rarity still in many places in China. Overall recommend to stay in this new hotel.
