The front desk service was excellent; check-in was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided recommendations for nearby restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I completely relaxed as soon as I lay down. The bathroom had good water pressure, hot water came quickly, and the toiletries were of good quality.
The most pleasant surprise was the soundproofing; it was exceptionally quiet at night, and I slept very well. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Check-out was also efficient. The entire experience was smooth and heartwarming, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"The mattress was fantastic! Extremely comfortable. It seems to be a relatively new hotel; the facilities were brand new, and there was no unpleasant renovation smell. The service was superb; the staff were incredibly welcoming. Breakfast included my favorite freshly ground coffee, as well as various local specialties. The staff even promptly found my power bank when I left the room. The only minor drawback was the slightly weak water pressure, but it doesn't outweigh the overall quality. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Changzhi!"

"One of the rooms is very hot without heating. I don’t know if there is floor heating. I have to open the window. It was not too awkward to open the window, but the check-in date was 30/12 and 31/12. The first night was fine. New Year’s Eve night from 5 o’clock in the dark. The fireworks were not stopped until two or three in the morning! There is no way to rest at all! Closed the window is still very awkward! At the same time, the sound insulation is poor, and there is often a pull sound!
In terms of hygiene, the bed has hair that does not belong to us, there is a pillowcase and a stain similar to a shoe print!
Staff service is polite! The location is moderate, and it is close to the Guanyintang."

A eldest sister named Han was very enthusiastic. While asking for the taste of the dishes, she introduced us to the culture of Red Wuxiang, so that we could also understand the cultural and local customs of Wuxiang during breakfast. The location of the hotel belongs to the Changzhi Outer Ring, far from the city center, but the Changzhi itself is not big. I took a taxi to Bayi Square for 11 yuan and took a taxi from Chenghuang Temple for 19 yuan. I feel very cheap. The hotel is very new, well-equipped, hygienic and safe, comfortable bedding, and comfortable pillows. The little sister at the front desk is very professional and polite.

The room is big, clean and hygienic, the breakfast is good, and the noodles for dinner are delicious. The facilities are a bit old. The shower head in room 729 is broken. I can only hold it by hand when taking a shower. It needs to be replaced. The staff are well trained and polite. Love the big windows in the room.
