前台小楊服務挺好，酒店位置離萬達，八一廣場很近，附近也有許多便利店和飯店，離高鐵東站衹需十分鐘，總體而言，吃穿住行都很方便。

設施：暖氣如果是剛進房間的時候真的不夠，會很冷。洗完澡出來也會覺得很冷，會像失温一樣，希望能夠改正一下暖氣空調的問題，還有空調温度啊開關等顯示是沒有的，有時候暖氣有沒有開也不清楚。
衞生：清潔阿姨有點不夠靈性（房間缺紙巾得提醒才會補充）其他的房間衞生方面挑不出錯處，作為非連鎖酒店已經是很好了。
環境：這個沒得挑我覺得是很不錯了。唯一一點，有時候會從廁所或者門口方向聽到外面走廊説話的聲音。
服務：每天都會打客房電話問你是否需要早餐服務是否需要早餐配送服務，如果你第二天需要（或者不需要早餐不想被吵醒的話，建議提前和前台溝通好）
