要求部分退款，理由:房間設施老化，靠陽台右邊電源無電;二是房間空調有毛病衹到25度幾乎沒有熱風，三是客廳空調壞不能使用，房間温度低造成感冒，四是我們衹有二人未告知按付二間房付費。條件差，要求減半價（200元）總之，不適合接客，需要整修
