房間面積較大，設施一般，由於天氣較熱，房間空調始終不製冷，電話等於白設，根本就打不成，是個擺設。衹有親自到前台下反映，前台接待態度極差，也沒問客人住哪個房間就不耐煩説讓回房間等着讓人去處理。等了二十多分鐘也沒見人過來處理。於是又下樓去前台問，接待説己處理好了，我説沒見人來，説到另外房間去了。還強詞奪理説其它理由。這時好像是個女主管過來了説跟我到房間去處理，到了看後説確實是不製冷温泉太高，就去讓人處理，過了大概十分鐘中央空調就有涼風了。據我判斷為了省電中央空調主機就沒開，怎麼會製冷？且前台服務太差，這樣規模的灑店且處於縣裡極佳的位置，這裏的服務水平大差了，遇到這種情況還是笫一次，應該加強對員工的培訓和管理才能在市場競爭中站住腳。如果讓我再選擇就是再便宜也不會再訂此酒店，太令人失望了。
