Lavande Hotel (Huzhou Changxing Taihu Avenue)

During the May Day holiday, prices skyrocketed, so we checked into a hotel in the middle of the night. When we got to the room, it felt like a makeshift room. The floor was wet, and the toilet was flooded! It was a terrible feeling, we were exhausted, the room was cramped, and we were too lazy to even negotiate. The backrest was also filthy. I was so drunk. This hotel doesn't even have basic hygiene standards! The bed was also very hard, and the soundproofing was poor—no comfort at all! When we checked out the next day, the front desk service was terrible. We checked out, but they didn't remind us to scan the parking code. When we went back to ask, they asked, "Have you checked out yet?" Their attitude was even worse. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel!

The hallway lights would come on for no apparent reason in the middle of the night. A takeaway was inexplicably delivered to the wrong room in the middle of the night, and the front desk even called to request a refund.

The attitude is not good. There is no sense of service when checking in. The experience is bad. I will not consider this hotel next time. The whole building is quite messy. I hope the service can catch up quickly.

We booked 5 rooms during the Chinese New Year holiday. We had already told the front desk that we needed all 5 rooms on the same floor. We were all family and wanted to spend the holiday together, but they split us up into 2 floors. We had to swipe our credit cards to access our rooms, which was inconvenient and a terrible experience. The service was terrible.

We are just expressing the experience of a normal consumer staying here. Please see the attitude of your hotel in reply. The service industry is not easy, but it is not the case that hotels have become gods!

Very disappointed. First, the kettle in the room was very high-tech, but when it came out, the water sprayed out like a fountain. Fortunately, I was dressed warmly, otherwise I would have been scalded. Second, there was hair on the sofa, and when the bathroom sliding door was opened, there was a wedding sign on it, which shows that the hygiene was poor. ❌ Third, when the window was closed, the curtains in the suite room would swing against the wall with the air conditioning, so the light from the edge of the curtains was very dazzling in the morning. Fourth, and most importantly, there was a decorative painting with an aluminum alloy frame hanging on the headboard, right above the head. If it fell off, it would be terrible. You can touch the decorative painting, it is loose. I don't know which genius came up with the idea of hanging such a heavy decorative object above the head. I suggest that your staff stay alone for one night. Are there so many problems? If it were a budget hotel, the decoration would be okay, but after booking a suite, it still feels unacceptable.
