Not bad but not so good. bathroom area is little dirty. Room is wide and convenient!

The rooms are spacious, but the decor is a bit outdated. I didn't have the chance to check the hotel amenities, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. In general satisfied with the hotel.

The breakfast is good, but the room is not comfortable to sleep as the smoking snell is too strong.

1 hour away from Busan Airport, there is an exhibition center and a shopping mall nearby. Some interesting statute in front of hotel gate. No so crowded in the hotel and shopping mall.

For the price I would have expected the rooms to be a little nicer. The beds are comfortable though, and the breakfast is quite good. The location is really quite good next to a shopping center, so there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite or coffee.

It was inconvenient to eat with friends because the bathroom was not walled and there was only a desk and no table. The facilities were good and it was convenient as there were many amenities nearby.

Clean and sanitary, 3km away from downtown. The air conditioning in the room was not enough and it was a bit cold at night.

I stayed for consecutive nights starting from 4/30, but I made a separate room reservation, so it would be nice to refer to the previous review. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, but the door is not retractable and airtight, so it would be very inconvenient if there are people in the room.

It was a consecutive stay, but the reserved room was not of the same level, so after check-out, I was told to vacate the room and move out at the next check-in time. Other hotels said I could move to a room that was cleaned first, but I said there was no need to leave, so they said there was no room and that I had to upgrade if I wanted to stay. I ended up paying extra and upgrading, but there were a lot of rooms available for check-out the next morning. Also, the room information was poor. The refrigerator was not in the right place, so I contacted them and they told me that the floor was originally on a different place. There was no information and it was even broken. In addition, the light in front of the door did not turn on, so when I asked, there was a small button under the card key slot that turns it on only here. There was also no explanation, etc. Not worth the hotel fee

It was about a 10-minute drive from the station! I was assigned a room with a jacuzzi, but I didn't have time to use it! But I was satisfied with the overall room condition and view.

Clean, friendly and good service! It was nice that there were Starbucks and various restaurants nearby. The view from the large window was nice and I was satisfied, so I'm going again :) It's a shame that there aren't many places to plug in the single outlet... lol

I have never given a bad review, but this hotel is really speechless... The price is expensive, the room is small, the facilities are very old, and it is the first time I have encountered a 5-star hotel that does not provide toothbrush and toothpaste! ! ! The price of 5 stars is not even as good as the service of a youth hostel...

Overall, it was good. I didn't bring my workout clothes, but it was a shame that I couldn't use them because the gym doesn't rent workout clothes.
