入住這家酒店不下20次了，這一次應該是住的最難受的一次。從餐廳看，服務人員沒怎麼換，但是變的很浮躁了。所有的工作人員服務態度第一步是推脱為主。比方説早餐的黃油，我問説有沒有那種小盒的，因為他們現在裝到一個碗裏，天氣冷了凍住了，但是服務人員説我們一直都是這樣，讓我整個無語。然後咖啡機，前面有個顧客拿瓶子在打，因為快10點了，我和一個服務人員説我上個廁所，咖啡機暫定打不上，幫我看下先別收。結果我上完廁所回來就看到另外一個服務人員在收咖啡，那個客户還在和他説，另外有人要打咖啡，結果她説時間到了我們就得收。客房的就更讓人生氣了，要啥啥不給，就衹會回一句我們就是沒有。後來讓他們經理來，一個勁的忽悠 好像應付過去就好了。後來得知這是新的服務團隊，也不知道是不是過度期間的問題還是春節快到了。先不給差評吧，希望能越變越好

服務可以，早餐很有當地特色，就是變化少了點。比較新，智能化窗簾和燈光。不過廁所有點返臭。價錢有點貴。
