有硬件三星，服務五星的，有硬件五星服務五星的，這是我去過唯一一個，硬件五星，服務一星的五星酒店。毫無服務可言，服務最好的是房間打掃衞生的阿姨。前台態度生硬，無笑臉，帶長者小孩出門，打電話去前台請他們幫忙拼床，前台跟我説，你自己用力推一下就可以了，？？？我推得動，我請你幹嘛？晚上回酒店向前台要兩瓶礦泉水，直接拒絕説沒有，着實有點無語。除了電梯刷卡機壞了，硬件沒得説，大堂環境很好，房間也好。住在靠馬路的這一邊，窗户都關起來也不會吵。衞生間空間也大，乾濕分離，智能馬桶雖然不智能，也不減分，主要是這個服務，一言難盡，可惜這麼好的硬件了！
