忘記東西帶着 電話打去態度很差 還叫顧客自己回來找 以後都不會住了，房間有異味 都是蟑螂

保潔工人特別負責，早餐部尚可。門鎖蟑螂等應該改進。退費應該是適當對經常入住人員或攜程訂房者可以不延遲一兩個鐘頭。並不為過。
