酒店服務人家熱情，暖心。但是餐廳服務很差，尤其是對散客的服務態度很不熱情，上菜不及時，在客人不瞭解菜數量大小時不提醒有種宰客的嫌疑，有個老頭對散客嘿嘿呼呼的很惡劣，前台人員説給上小份，結果上了大盆還硬按大份收錢，餐廳裏蒼蠅來回飛，飛到了湯裏死不認帳硬要算錢，被餐廳經理叫停。停車場很大仃車方便。如不對餐廳整改會直接影響到賓館的聲譽。

該酒店位於虞山腳下位置優越，但設施老舊保養一般，早餐環境簡陋早點菜品很少，尤其是3號樓到酒店大廳沒有連廊雨天很不方便
