房間乾淨，服務態度和藹，服務措施周到。處處替住客考慮，在台風期間主動為客人着想，下次來常熟還會來住貴酒店的。

此次中秋節日選擇了常熟遊，賓客服務中心的Simona提前一天電話聯繫、加了微信，發定位、諮詢我們何時入住，第二天因颱風原因，我們想提前入住，也都滿足了我們的需求。去年十月開業的凱悦，房間還略有異味，提出後馬上送來了空氣凈化機，總之服務很好、環境也很不錯，特別感謝Simona，以後來常熟還會選擇凱悦！

常熟颱風，凱悦幸運得沒斷電。晚上從別的酒店輾轉過來，酒店很新，各環節服務都不錯，服務員小羅態度挺好。小朋友們終於吹上了空調洗了個舒服的澡，很放鬆。早餐對着湖景色也不錯。來常熟的朋友推薦這家。

We took the elderly and children out to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival. We wanted to be closer, so we booked the Hyatt. The room type was great. Their service was very good. Simona would contact you in advance to tell you how to park and check in, which was very convenient. Due to the typhoon Bebejia, there were some problems with the room we originally booked. They took the initiative to upgrade us to an executive suite. The service was very good and satisfactory. I will book again next time I go to Changshu.

酒店很新，服務很親切尤其是小蒙，交通便利去哪兒都挺方便的。

房間很滿意，五星級酒店服務標準很到位。正好遇見颱風，在酒店度過了一晚。此次預訂的是大床。前台很友好的給升級了湖景。前台Bailey服務很熱情，颱風過後也看到了不一樣的風景。

酒店非常乾淨，湖景房很出片，前台李先生服務態度很好非常耐心地幫我們介紹，感謝！

The floor is high, the environment is beautiful, the breakfast is rich, the swimming pool and gym are great, Simona at the guest service center is very considerate, I will stay here again next time.
