前台小哥哥態度非常熱情，本來訂的大床房，先生感冒就多問了一句有沒有雙床房，想着能稍微隔離一下，小哥哥很爽氣的給我們升級成酒店內最好的庭院房，房間內空間很大，設計合理，衞生乾淨整潔，晚上坐在小院鞦韆上吹吹風非常愜意，下次有機會再來常熟一定會毫不猶豫選擇這家酒店！補充一下早飯的三鮮麪也非常好吃。
