I really like the tea culture theme of this hotel. As soon as I entered the door, I felt the freshness and elegance. There is a porch at the entrance, which is very private! I was in a hurry to catch the high-speed train, and I was worried that my breakfast would be ruined. As a result, the girl at the front desk on the 25th was very considerate and directly packed a hot breakfast for me. I felt warm while eating it on the way! I really like this kind of service, and I will come again next time!

Xiao Zhong, the VIP reception team, provided very good service and was very enthusiastic. The room was much better looking than the pictures. The decoration was very grand and satisfactory. The sleeping environment was very quiet at night. I liked the pillow very much. It was super comfortable. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I could smell a faint fragrance, which I quite liked. The sanitation was also very clean.

Booked a family room, room was spacious for 3 adults with some nice features built in . Individually controlled aircon/heating system. Separated wc and bathing toilet. Overall one of the better hotel I have stay in China so far. Surrounding are their residential area which also means many amenities nearby. Just a few mins walk to metro station.

On the third night, their building caught fire and the power went out. We called to explain, but they only told us that they couldn't do anything. Then we asked for the time and they told me half an hour, but we waited for more than two hours, and they didn't take the initiative to call to ask. Because we ordered takeout, we had communicated with the front desk before, and they said they would be responsible for delivering it, but when we called again to ask them to deliver it, they denied it, saying that they would die if they delivered it from the 12th floor, and asked us to go down and get it ourselves, so aren't we human? We paid for the stay, we are customers, When we called later to ask, they didn't provide a solution, just kept dragging it out, saying that it would be done soon. The last time the hotel manager told us two solutions, one is to change hotels and the other is to pay compensation. When we traveled, the store came, and we were waiting for a call and waiting for them to call us to tell us their solution, but after waiting for a night, there was no call to take the initiative to ask us how to solve the follow-up problems. First of all, the attitude of the girl at the front desk was very bad that night. It was our first time in Changsha. This was totally incomparable. We were very disappointed and would not come again. Although we mentioned the compensation issue to the front desk guy the next morning, he also notified the person in charge of the hotel to call us for compensation. What if we didn't say anything, would it just be over? The hotel service still needs to be rectified.

Facilities: The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are large, and there are drip coffee and tea in the room. You can also get American coffee downstairs (both iced and hot). There are not many breakfast options, but the variety is basically complete. There is also a noodle window. The aunties and uncles are very cute and enthusiastic. Service: The staff are patient and meticulous. There is a high-speed rail station pick-up service, and the pick-up driver is also very enthusiastic. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and there is a laundry room.

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry. I especially like that there are many plugs in the room and the bed is very soft and comfortable. Very close to the high-speed rail station and very close to the subway entrance. Breakfast was also very clean and delicious. I took the subway from Changsha Railway Station, which was 5 stops away. When I got out of the station, I didn't know who I was and I video-guided the whole journey with my brother. It took 7 minutes to walk. I like it very much. Total 5 points.

We stayed 1 night due to the proximity to the train station, however, beware that it isn't just next to the station so depending on what you carry you might consider the hotel's FREE shuttle, BUT you'll need a Chinese number and someone who speaks Chinese for you (we asked a lovely woman in our train if she could help, as her English was above average and she could understand our little help request). Make sure you also arrange the shuttle back the previous night with the reception. Breakfast is very very poor for western tourists (you might get away if you eat cereals, but not much more...). Restaurants around the hotel aren't the cleanest or the best so be prepared...there is a convenience store just next to the hotel at least. Hotel doesn't have any food options...

The location is close to the South High-speed Railway Station. You can get a taxi early in the morning when you go to the high-speed railway station the next day, which is very convenient. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and introduced me to delicious snacks nearby. The hotel also has a free gym and laundry room, which is unexpected! All in all a very satisfying stay.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. There was a subway station right outside. Parking was very convenient. However, they charged 30 yuan when we left the parking lot. I called the hotel and found out that we needed to report to the front desk to get free parking. Because we had just entered the highway, we didn't turn back. Then a staff member, Mr. Yu, solved the problem very professionally and quickly and refunded 30 yuan.
