The hotel looks very grand. The warm greeting from the front desk when I came in made me feel warm in my heart. They also poured me tea and handed me a towel to wipe my face. It was very warm. There is also an exclusive elevator, but you need to swipe your card to go up, which makes you feel especially safe! After getting out of the elevator, there was a fragrance in the corridor, which smelled very comfortable. I opened the door and the light came on before I inserted the card. I gave it a thumbs up. It was very comfortable at first sight. I still like this decoration style very much. The bathroom and the shower are separated, and the entrance is not the kind where you can see the bed at a glance. The privacy is very good! The big floor-to-ceiling windows, sitting by the window, you can drink the coffee sent in the room and enjoy the night view of Changsha. It's really cool! The room is clean, comfortable, and full of happiness! Like and check in for this hotel!

The hotel has complete facilities and great value for money. There are music-related oil paintings hanging in the rooms and public places. They are very realistic and very bourgeois. The only downside is that there is always a smell of sewers outside the hotel, which not only deviates from the image of the hotel but also saves money. The image of the city does not match. I hope the hotel will cooperate with relevant departments to solve this problem

Arrived at 1pm on the 13th and checked in smoothly. The front desk service is very good and very welcoming! We were upgraded to a floor, given breakfast, and there were free drinks and Evian water in the refrigerator. When we came back in the evening, fruits were also brought in! Courtyard's service is as professional as Shanghai's! It's a little regretful that the sealing ***** in the bathroom was leaking. After the family washed, a lot of water came out. I squeezed out several handfuls of water myself and didn't want to bother the front desk. Recommended to my family and friends. It’s great to stay at Marriott Marriott in Changsha!

Since I was traveling independently, I searched for hotels on various platforms. I read a lot of hotel reviews and finally chose this one. I was quite surprised when I entered. The room was simple, refreshing and comfortable. The room was large and comfortable. The toilet was also quite large, and the sink was spacious. The front desk staff at the hotel was very nice, attentive, respectful and polite. Breakfast included sugar-coated glutinous rice cakes and Changde rice noodles. Although it was a little far to take a taxi to May Day Square, it was still acceptable. The overall facilities were also good, and parking was also convenient. My family was satisfied.

The most satisfying part of this year's Spring Festival trip to Changsha was staying at the White Swan Hotel. We are from Guangzhou and have a special feeling for the White Swan Hotel in Guangzhou. The room was clean and the location was convenient. There was a subway station right outside. Parking was very convenient. However, they charged 30 yuan when we left the parking lot. I called the hotel and found out that we needed to report to the front desk to get free parking. Because we had just entered the highway, we didn't turn back. Then a staff member, Mr. Yu, solved the problem very professionally and quickly and refunded 30 yuan.

The location is close to the South High-speed Railway Station. You can get a taxi early in the morning when you go to the high-speed railway station the next day, which is very convenient. We stayed 1 night due to the proximity to the train station, however, beware that it isn't just next to the station so depending on what you carry you might consider the hotel's FREE shuttle, BUT you'll need a Chinese number and someone who speaks Chinese for you (we asked a lovely woman in our train if she could help, as her English was above average and she could understand our little help request). Make sure you also arrange the shuttle back the previous night with the reception.
Breakfast is very very poor for western tourists (you might get away if you eat cereals, but not much more...).
Restaurants around the hotel aren't the cleanest or the best so be prepared...there is a convenience store just next to the hotel at least. Hotel doesn't have any food options...

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls.
Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch.
Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions.
Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

After parking the car, the concierge Gao Fei carried the box for me. The angel Eve's service attitude was also very good, and she sent me to the elevator. Liang Huan and Zhou Yao at the front desk patiently helped me check in. It was also a good stay. The hotel environment was the same as the photos, clean and very design-oriented. In short, it was a very satisfactory stay. The service was super good and exceeded expectations. The hotel sent welcome fruits and tea in the room. The sound insulation was also very good. I usually sleep lightly, but here I can't hear the sound of the corridor and the next door at all. The location is very good. It is very close to the subway station and very convenient. You can also walk to the May Day Square by walking on the side road. There are many delicious foods. Finally, I like the housekeeper Eve who helped me on the last day. The service attitude is very good and considerate. Like it 👍

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
