I recently had the pleasure of staying at Muyi Hotel, and I cannot commend the establishment enough for its exceptional service, particularly from one remarkable individual: Miss Mini Jian at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Miss Jian greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine, welcoming attitude that instantly made me feel at home. Her professionalism was evident as she efficiently handled my check-in process while ensuring that all my questions were answered. She went above and beyond to provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and dining options that truly enhanced my stay. What stood out the most was her attentiveness and willingness to assist. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue, and Miss Jian addressed it promptly and with such a positive demeanor that it transformed a potentially stressful situation into a seamless experience. Her proactive approach and problem-solving ability are commendable and reflect the high standards of service that Muyi Hotel represents. Miss Mini Jian embodies the spirit of hospitality, and her dedication to making guests feel valued and appreciated did not go unnoticed. CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

Very convenient location for Changsha South Railway. Room clean and spacious. Laundry facilities and gym on 15th floor. However, I was shocked at the lack of sound proofing between rooms. As someone who had chosen the hotel as I had an early train the next morning, I was continually woken up through the night by other guests returning. You can even hear fellow guests turning on / off their light switches in the neighbouring rooms…

The hotel is very clean and profesional. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!

The hotel is located in the prosperous area of ​​Yuelu District, close to the gathering place of nobles in Changsha, and welcomes and sends off noble guests. The dry and wet separation area and the shower area are independent and do not interfere with each other, which is both private and hygienic. The bedding is skin-friendly and soft, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The toiletries are unified and specific, of high quality and high-end. There are many gym equipment and rich breakfast varieties, which are all unexpected surprises.

Serenity Inn hotel is well located, close to metro station. The room are clean with good equipment, staff is friendly, smiley and supportive.

The first time I came to Changsha for a business trip, I wanted to book a hotel closer to the South High-speed Railway Station for convenient travel. I looked online and saw this hotel. The reviews were good. It can also pick up and drop off the South High-speed Railway Station for free. It is very friendly to people who come to Changsha for a business trip for the first time, and they will not go the wrong way. The front desk lady checked in quickly and told me the route and transportation location of the itinerary. It is also very convenient to eat. There is a large shopping mall behind it. During the business trip, lunch and dinner were solved in the mall. The hotel includes breakfast, which has a rich variety of dishes, Changsha specialty rice, and many staple foods. The buffet format is very good. There is also a park nearby where you can take a walk. You can go for a stroll in your spare time. The bedding is also very comfortable to sleep. The sheets and quilt covers are very clean. I stayed for several days and changed the sheets and quilt covers every day. The hotel I chose this time did not step on the pit. It was very good and the business trip was also smooth. Next time I come to Changsha for a business trip, I will choose this one first. The service attitude, breakfast and bedding are very attentive and clean. Great! !

No complaints. The room was pretty compact, but I can't say I didn't have enough space. The layout makes it work. The bathroom is a tight fit, though. Didn't really make use of the hotel's amenities, but I checked them out, and they seemed to be as advertised. The location was pretty good; not super close to anything, but also not particularly far. Staff are welcoming and enthusiastic. Honestly, at the price point, it's actually a bit of a steal.

Really nice hotel in a very convenient location. It is located close to Changsha South Railway station, relatively 5 minutes away. The hotel is completely new and the environment is quite comfortable. Furthermore, the staff is great and the breakfast is delicious. Absolutely recommended it!
