Our stay as a family of four had been extremely pleasant. Whilst it goes without saying that the hotel was beautifully designed with artistic touches even in the rooms, the aspect that impressed us the most was the attention to details the staff had. They were extremely helpful, always looking out for you even before you realising you needed help. It’s the little things that count- like the staff helping with our heavy heavy suitcases all the way to the main road (our taxi wasn’t able to get into the small alleyway) even when it was raining; remembering that my mom doesn’t eat beef, packing our favourite fruits for us to bring on our next journey. With service as impeccable as this, we felt at ease during our stay here and can’t wait to be back if we’re visiting Changsha again! We stayed here 2 nights and from the start till the end it was perfect experience. We were greeted by amazing butler called Amora and he took care of us during our stays very well. He speaks very good English so it was super helpful for us because we don’t speak Chinese. Also, whenever we have any questions, he was always there to answer and offer help. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Chang Sha and we will definitely come back to this hotel just for Amora! We appreciate Amora for giving us the perfect experience and happy stay in Chang Sha.

This time when I came to Changsha, I plunged into the Yijian 6500 Chaozong Street Hotel, and the experience was full! - Location: The hotel is hidden in Chaozong Street, and is neighbors with various Internet celebrity coffee shops and designer stores, full of literary and artistic atmosphere. Cha Yan Yue Se is downstairs, and you can go to Citywalk when you go out. It is very convenient to walk to May Day Square and IFS. It is a one-stop shop for eating, drinking and having fun, which is too friendly for lazy people like me. - Public area: The lobby is an excellent check-in point. The black and white color scheme plus high-end furniture make the sense of space full, and any casual shot is very good. The music in the cafe makes people want to stay lazily for an afternoon as soon as they sit down. The sun shines in and they look at the pedestrians outside. It is very comfortable. - Room: The room uses a lot of wood color, which is simple and fashionable. The bedding is comfortable. I fell asleep as soon as I touched the pillow at night. The TV can also project the screen. It’s so cool to watch TV series in bed. The toiletries are small bottles of LELABO, and the hair dryer is Dyson. Even the details are so exquisite. The amenities are very rich. In addition to the regular ones, there are also face towels and milk baths. The mini bar has snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks. It is also paired with Baisha River well water and Evian, which is just right for the black tea prepared by the hotel, and it is all free! There is also a Rubik's Cube in each room. If you solve it successfully, you can get a cup of Tea Yan Yue Se. They understand the hearts of tourists like us. - Service: The hotel staff are all dressed in a minimalist style, and there are housekeepers online 24 hours a day. The service is very considerate. There are midnight snacks at night, breakfast can be delivered to the room, and Tea Yan Yue Se can be bought on behalf of you. Those who don’t want to queue are blessed. In addition, there are luggage delivery and travel photography services, which are really thoughtful. From the environment to the service, every detail of this hotel has been done to the extreme. Next time I come to Changsha, I will definitely choose here!

I recently went to Changsha for fun and stayed at Yijian. The experience was great! Geographical location: The location is amazing. It is near the May Day Square. You can start eating and shopping by walking downstairs for a few steps. The surrounding area is full of popular check-in spots in Changsha. It is very close to Pozi Street and Taiping Street. Room environment: The room decoration is simple and stylish, the overall color matching is very comfortable, and the details are handled very well. The bed is moderately soft and hard, lying on it is very relaxing, and there are smart devices. The lights and curtains can be controlled by moving your mouth. Service attitude: From the check-in at the front desk, the staff are enthusiastic and patient, the processing speed is fast, and they will carefully introduce the fun things around. During the stay, whether you want to add items or ask questions, you can respond quickly, which makes people feel super at ease. The room type is upgraded for free, and breakfast and supper can be delivered to the room. The travel photography provided by the hotel is very good, and you can also help with tea. When leaving, they also sent snacks. The ladies helped to take the luggage to the car all the way, which is very considerate! I have been to many places and stayed in many good hotels, and the service at Yijian is really the most considerate I have ever experienced!
