We sincerely apologize for all the inconveniences caused during your stay.Regarding the issue of luggage handling, as our homestay is located deep in an alley where cars cannot enter, it has caused you trouble. We will improve the surrounding road conditions as soon as possible, clear the construction waste, and also consider arranging specialized luggage handling tools or service staff to ensure that guests can check in more easily.The absence of an elevator in our homestay did inconvenience you who stayed on the second floor. Although our staff helped carry your luggage, this is not a long-term solution. We are already planning to upgrade and renovate the homestay, and hopefully, an elevator will be added in the future to enhance the guests' stay experience.We have taken note of the problems of poor sound insulation and the large gaps in the blinds.
