供銷大廈樓高30層，賓館房間在10樓，每次等電梯要十多分鐘，人非常多。房間很窄小，衞生間小而簡陋，蹲坑。訂的是電視房，老闆娘説已賣掉，換成投屏房，但得花錢買VIP才能看。
大廈右轉就有地鐵站口。
