酒店的位置很好，旁邊就是德思勤廣場，管家詹姆斯服務很好，幫忙升級了房型，安排的很是滿意，房間乾淨整潔衞生，住的舒服，可惜行程比較趕，不然還可以再住一晚

來長沙經常選擇這家酒店，首先是地理位置對於我來説很優越，附近遊購娛都比較方便，酒店房間設施設備齊全，入住體驗感非常好，前台小姐姐 Sara 服務態度很好很熱情，房間的位置朝向也非常不錯，衞生乾淨整潔，體驗感很不錯！

酒店位置非常便利，附近全是小吃，去韶山坐高鐵非常方便，管家小蘇Sophia有貼心推薦出行線路，還提前安排了無煙高樓層房型，房間住得舒服，早餐吃得豐盛，酒店服務人員都很熱情！

服務溝通欠缺，凌晨辦理入住時説明包含早餐
用餐時卻被通知需要查詢一下
客人説等查詢好後再用餐先在門口等待
服務人員兩次通知説可以進去用餐了
但結束時又説費用需要額外在按金中扣除
溝通和傳達的整體體驗感不好
建議直接説明情況，
不要讓客人不知訊息先使用後進行收費
希望在各環節溝通能夠做到改進完善

It was my first time staying at this Wyndham Hotel. The service was really good. I also checked in after reading the online reviews. James from the Guest Relations Department added my WeChat before I checked in and helped me upgrade the room type. The room facilities and equipment were very good and the stay was very comfortable. It is really worth recommending. I will come again next time
