酒店入住前提前有打電話，加管家微信，這項服務很貼心。幫忙升級了房型，景色很美，可惜早上是陰天，出行很方便，樓下就是國金，逛累了就可以回去酒店休息。

地理位置非常優越，出門就是步行街。酒店環境很好，充分利用高空優勢。江景房雖然不是正江景，好在樓層高，視野就好。浴室花灑出水量太小。淋浴房有點漏水。洗好澡廁所裏都是水。

我預訂的房間在92層，可以俯瞰整個長沙市的風景，尤其是晚上，燈光點亮城市的輪廓，非常美！辦理入住在93層，酒店設計非常好，有一個非常美的走廊特出片。酒店迎賓大堂在四層，服務員帥哥們非常有禮貌，迎接我和送我的時候都幫着拿行李。房間很安靜，每天晚上有酒店免費贈送的水果和甜品。服務人員很用心，見我喜歡泡茶，第二天就多送了很多瓶水到房間。

在成都住過尼依，當時是十一期間房費五千多，在長沙再次入住，本着信任把一年當中最重要的一餐留給了尼依，提前聯繫餐飲部打了數次無人接聽，總機聯繫回覆，自稱是餐飲經理的加微信讓告知除夕菜單1588，讓當時就轉款預訂，當時人還沒到長沙，問不轉款影響定位嗎，回覆可以落地再轉，除夕前一天在機場登機閘口發消息讓轉款不然來不及，馬上轉完發截屏，出息當日不到六點到餐廳，正個餐廳一團遭，上菜的順序時間，無限拉長，最後倆系微信添加人，説有值班經理過來，這個值班經理大手指頭插在水煮肉片裏把肉端上來了，整個湯和甜品都是冷的，最後甜品打包回房間吃的，單加的188的鵝肝炒飯看不到鵝肝黑乎乎都是醬油，帶個14歲孩子，説點一瓶啤酒，服務員端上兩瓶就起來開了，告訴前台不用搞衞生收個垃圾就行，結果浴巾上面都是紅油，來個客房部經理進屋就要送瓶紅酒，告訴沒人喝，人就走了，離店的時候長沙下雨，大堂兩個門僮就和沒看見一樣，喊過來幫忙拿下行李，才起身，到到下一個城市了説賓客服務部主任，沒完沒了打打電話發微信要好評，我説我好意思給你們好意思要嗎，她説那也麻煩給一下但是可以把不滿意都寫出來方便管理層看到，最後攜程出面告知不在打擾了，最後1588餐費攜程協調退款了。整個酒店的人感覺就很奇葩，自己為營有問題先想推責，不想解決，一團糟的酒店，除夕夜餐廳就看客人舉手示意，服務員滿場跑，卻沒有服務。還是管理不行。但是房費便宜，不貴。
