The best hotel in Changsha, with a great location and friendly staff. The two rooms we stayed in were on the 92nd floor. Dai Caipeng, who was in charge of cleaning the floor, also left a small note, which made us feel at home. The breakfast in the hotel was very rich. Not only was the food delicious, but the view was also unbeatable. Next time I come to Changsha, I will choose to stay at Niccolo Hotel
