Very good

The room is tidy, clean, reasonably laid out and fully equipped. It is a very good accommodation choice. It is opposite the subway station, very convenient, not far from all major attractions in Changsha, and there are many restaurants around. The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Changsha and will recommend it to my friends.

It's rare to give a hotel a bad review. But it’s really not good in every aspect. I chose this store because of the free parking, laundry service, and good location. As a result, the parking spaces were full when I arrived at the store in the afternoon. Later, according to the suggestion of the hotel staff, we parked our car in the Yingbin Building next door. At 11 o'clock in the evening, we received a call asking us to move the car. This is still barely bearable. I thought I would stay for a few days and then leave, so I just tolerated it. But as soon as you enter the room, the door creaks whenever it is opened. Even when the children are asleep at night, the door cannot be opened or closed because the noise is very loud. Also, the room was not equipped with the children's toys written on the hotel introduction page. Instead, a dirty and deflated ball was put in the room. I don't know what that means. If you are really angry, it is better not to let it go. Then there was a strong smell as soon as I entered the room, and I didn't know where it came from. The most annoying thing is that we set the time for washing clothes, but the hotel staff kept changing it to 15 minutes, which resulted in the coat not being clean at all after washing, and it was covered with traces of detergent. The child's pants and socks were still dripping with water after washing and were not clean. Why do you always touch the guests’ clothes? It’s obviously not enough to wash it clean in 15 minutes. So I would rather check out and stay in another hotel. I've stayed in so many hotels and there's nothing like this. It's really outrageous. There are so many shortcomings.

I stayed next to the elevator and the elevator made a clanging noise all night long. The sound insulation is very poor and the interior facilities of the room are old. The environment coupled with the attitude of the management is very irritating.

There were ants on the bed, the TV projector didn't work, the phone didn't work. It is recommended to save money to stay, otherwise stay with caution.

離烈士公園很近，烈士公園裡麪也挺大的，時間不緊張可以進去下，威嚴肅穆，裏面有很大一個湖。遊玩結束後可以過馬路吃炊煙小炒黃牛肉，然後再回酒店，特別方便的。地鐵站就在跟前，出遊特別方便的。酒店環境裝修都很不錯，性價比很高。

房間很乾凈 衞生：很棒很喜歡 一次性馬桶墊、鞋墊、髮卡等用品都有準備 紙巾牙刷洗手液沐浴露等 還有小機器人上門提供 服務：有提供洗衣服務 阿姨也會來上門搞衞生 很快 東西會重新補齊 飲用水免費提供的。還有一份睡眠粥 很喜歡！！！

房間很大，酒店很香，和朋友一起來長沙玩，都對這個酒店很滿意，前台小哥哥小姐姐很好，幫忙解決了很多問題，酒店有很多服務，提供晚安粥和各種東西，提供洗衣服務，會有阿姨幫忙送洗，離地鐵站也特別近，朋友們都很滿意，在長沙玩的很開心
