朋友推薦的酒店，位置相當好，周邊逛街、吃飯的選擇都很多～ 服務很周到，前台Chloe提前一天就聯繫確認了入住時間點，第二天想換大床房她也幫忙預留好了同樓層的房間，響應需求非常及時，還給小朋友贈送了茶顏悦色的小零食～ 房間隔音不錯，對於睡眠困難星人來説很友好；保潔阿姨比較細緻，看到有小朋友便多備了兩瓶礦泉水；小童洗漱用品、小童浴袍、小童拖鞋一應俱全，下次帶娃出行依然想選這裏～

環境：位於IFS樓上，是遊玩長沙的絕佳住宿位置，到附近景點步行皆可，可以直通商場。 衞生：乾淨整潔，有多種枕頭類型可選。 設施：有咖啡機，浴缸，加濕器。 服務：提早添加了Icey的微信，服務十分到位，還幫忙升級了房間！提早問了預計到達時間及是否有特殊需求，到達後能馬上安排好房間，房間裏已準備好小朋友的用品還有歡迎禮物，最後還送了小零食，小朋友特別開心！ 下次還選這家酒店！

The only service is a little regretful. The breakfast restaurant feels that the waiter treats the guests differently. It stands to reason that when providing coffee, each guest should be asked. As a result, the waiter asked some and did not ask some. I stayed for three nights. Except for the early breakfast on the day of departure, the waiter did not ask for the other two breakfasts. I saw the coffee machine standing next to the waiter and did not take the initiative to ask me about my needs. I asked before answering, but there was a table of guests coming in the back. The waiter was super enthusiastic. Not only did he ask if I wanted coffee, but he also asked if it was latte or Americano. In comparison, am I not worthy? Overall: The stay was quite pleasant. There were small fruits and snacks for free. The breakfast restaurant service really needs to be strengthened. After all, everyone paid to stay and should not be treated differently.
