酒店環境特別好，客房阿姨衞生搞得非常不錯，房間角落都打掃的很乾凈，交通出行也方便，樓下打車也很方便，在長沙正市中心解放西路上在五一商圈之內，但是又不吵，房間的隔音都還不錯，前台小姐姐服務也很熱情，樓下不遠處就是地鐵站，去哪玩都好方便，下次來五一廣場這邊玩還選你們這家，另外酒店公區還有洗烘一體的洗衣機，這一點真的非常方便，晚上洗完衣服直接就洗好烘乾了，都不用晾在房間裏面，6樓公區還有生活用品和飲用熱水接，房間有一次性用品都蠻齊全的，一次性毛巾和一次性刮鬍刀都有提供不用自己帶，房間還是小度全智能語音可以控制的，點讚的，下次再來五一廣場這邊還會再次選擇入住這裏

首先前台小姐姐服務很好，辦理完入住帶我們去房間，給我們介紹房間的設施，服務態度是超級熱情，酒店無論是公共區域還是房間衞生都很好，氛圍感拉滿，環境優美，整體體驗是智能舒適的，還有就是房間的觀影體驗很好，可以免費看會員不用自己登陸，房間裏的小冰箱還免費提供可樂雪碧，很贊，屬於是會推薦給朋友的，自己下次再來五一廣場也會選擇這家!

位置在定王台書店旁邊，去國金和商圈都很方便。前台阿姨在checkin後領路到了房間並介紹所有設施，保潔阿姨每天都來打掃衞生，所有工作阿姨們為人很親和，服務非常周到貼心。給了獨自來長沙的我很高的安全感
