位置便利，就在六號線地鐵湘雅醫院4出口步行即到，服務很好，辦理入住有茶水提供，每次進出酒店都能收到前台小姐姐小哥哥很熱情地打招呼。
房間衞生整潔，裝修也很別緻，衞生間和淋浴間乾濕分離，都是智能家居，枕頭也有軟硬款式選擇，很適合我這些睡眠敏感的朋友，總體入住感覺很好，值得推薦

房間不是很大，和價位也算是比較匹配吧
環境和衞生沒什麼可挑的，但是酒店打掃衞生的阿姨有點離譜了！
第一天剛辦好入住，大概過了兩三個小時吧，我們在房間裏看電影，沒注意阿姨在敲門，沒想到阿姨直接刷卡進來了，並詢問我們需不需要打掃衞生，在我們明確拒絕過之後，又給我們送進來幾瓶水，兩個人，三瓶水，這個操作很迷惑，也很難評
第三天中午，我們還沒睡醒，大概十二點多阿姨又來敲門了，還是同樣的理由，問我們需不需要打掃衞生，不過這次還好，沒有直接刷卡進來
退房當天，和前台反饋了此事，反饋之後前台工作人員態度比較誠懇，並拿出兩份伴手禮送給我們，不過我們沒收，這裡有個小疑問，原來伴手禮是衹有反饋問題以後才拿出來安慰住客嗎？？
沒收伴手禮，收下了前台給的卸粧油，結果今天才看到，卸粧油十二月過期！！！！！！！！
