民宿位於潮宗古街的巷子裏，屬於鬧中取靜。去五一廣場和坡子街等地方步行需要15-20分鐘。是民國的兩層洋房，環境比較雅緻。房間除了面積小還算温馨。但是🈶兩個致命缺點:一個是衹有浴缸🛁沒有淋浴間，站在浴缸裏洗澡很不舒服，浴缸也不太穩的感覺。淋雨龍頭如果一開始放熱水沒有立即調涼水很容易燙傷。不敢洗太久怕沒熱水。第二點隔音真的很差很差。早上隔壁的開水池刷牙洗臉，沖馬桶，説話，看電視所有聲音一清二楚。萬幸的是我們住的兩天，基本上一家三口，睡得早，晚上沒有任何人大聲喧嘩，還算睡得很好。如果遇到在泰國時那幾個韓國佬喝酒聊天大喊大叫一整晚就慘了。整體還算不錯吧。長沙之行很幸運。

老闆很用心，房間物品細節考慮周到，化粧棉、頭繩也有，浴缸小朋友很喜歡，投屏也很好，老闆還贈送了一個特色的布袋。就是隔音差着些，房間偏小，用高德地圖導航總是導到屋後的巷子裏。總體感覺很好，下次再來。感謝老闆的用心。
