Oh wow, this place was amazing! Seriously good. The 24-hour airport shuttle service was a huge plus, and it was great that they offered early check-in (two hours, subject to availability) and late check-out until 2 PM (also subject to availability). Everything was really well done. The room was spotless, and the location near the airport is super convenient. Even the food was delicious! I'll absolutely be staying here again on my next trip to Changsha. See you then!

Best money I've spent recently! I had a late arrival yesterday evening and an early flight this morning, so staying in the city center wasn't practical. I looked for hotels near the airport, and the top contenders were Howard Johnson and voco, an IHG brand. **[Room Upgrade]** Voco is quite new. I contacted their reservations department, and they not only confirmed a room upgrade but also included a complimentary breakfast! **[Airport Shuttle]** A truly excellent stay. They offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, and the pick-up point is super easy to find right outside the terminal! Perhaps I got lucky, as I was the only passenger for both the pick-up and drop-off, so it was a direct trip with no waiting around. **[Location]** Just a 5-minute drive from the airport, incredibly convenient. **[Service]** The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They also have a laundry room with washer-dryer combos, and it was practically empty, so no waiting needed. The hotel also features a gym and a buffet restaurant. You can even ship luggage from the front desk via SF Express, which is super convenient – just fill out the address slip and hand it to the staff. **[Dining]** For dinner, I ordered takeout from the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. It was authentic Hunan cuisine and absolutely delicious!

Booked Kanglai for my first time stay in Changsha as it’s near the airport, they can arrange free pick up so it’s convenient when we arrive airport at midnight. The staff is warm and friendly, answered all question we have and also provide super at night. Special thanks to the receptionist (龙姑娘）on helping us with our DIDI apps as we face some issues when trying to engage driver. This visit leaves me a good impression as this is my first time visiting China, will consider to return in future.

The whole hotel has fresh air, the room is bright, and there are two windows for ventilation. I like their tables the most. They are square and not cramped at all. There is tea set on the table, but unfortunately I don’t have time to prepare it. Other normal toiletries are available, and the bed and pillows are pretty good and comfortable. The most important thing is that there are not many choices for breakfast. . . There was no coffee at all, which was totally unexpected. Well, let's order takeout. We can get MANNER nearby. Generally speaking, the hotel is cost-effective

There's a ”Mom's Restaurant” downstairs, and the food tastes good. During the National Day, advance reservations are still at the usual price, and members receive free breakfast. Will stay again if I have the chance. In addition, there are two options for airport transfer, and I chose airport transfer.
