房間乾淨整潔，設施新，酒店周圍安靜風景好，無噪音，距離商街很近，免費自助早餐開放時間很早，最主要的是有24H免費車接車送到機場和磁浮高鐵站及酒店的服務，無論是白班的還是夜班的前台工作人員及酒店的司機師傅們始終都是以熱情耐心誠懇態度及服務意識接待客人。客户的合理訴求都會盡可能對應跟進。以及發票開具也非常及時。下次有機會來長沙的話還會優選此酒店。
